Remedy’s Creative Director Saku Lehtinen (b. 1973) started with Remedy in 1996 and has nearly 30 years of game development experience. He has over 11 million AAA-games sold under his belt (Max Payne 1 & 2, Alan Wake and Quantum Break).
Saku has often directed the audiovisual feel of Remedy’s games. His work has ranged from art and cinematics direction to level design. He has also worked closely with Remedy’s tools and technology development.
Saku has often been a speaker in conferences and universities. He was a lecturer in 1995-2005 at Aalto University Architecture Department and has studied architecture, arts and film.
Remedy is an independent Finnish game studio known for its awarded and successful Triple-A story driven 3D games and unique style. Remedy has around 200 employees, is publicly listed and has earned over 100 Game of the Year awards. Most famous original Remedy titles are Max Payne, Alan Wake, Death Rally and Quantum Break.
Currently Remedy is working on its own game Control together with 505 Games and a story mode for Crossfire game franchise in collaboration with Korean company Smilegate.
